Define projects and optionally assign reusable workflow diagrams (built in Mode 2).
Assign workflows later from the projects list. All data lives only in this browser tab for now – database/SQLite wiring will come later.

Workflow builder
Drag common ISO/ANSI-style shapes onto the canvas. Toggle feature icons per step to configure time tracking, links, status tracking and extra info.
Select or create a workflow diagram, then add shapes from the palette to design your process.
Workflow follower
Pick a project and workflow diagram. Steps become read-only, but their feature icons stay interactive for executing the work.
Active workflow
Select a project with an assigned workflow to begin following a diagram.
